We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After this window, we begin processing your order, and it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

B.1 Defective Items
Our products are crafted with care, but if you receive a defective item, we’re here to help. Returns and refunds are only applicable for items that are defective. We will gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note, items purchased on sale or with discounts are not eligible for returns or refunds.

D.1 Custom Orders
Custom apparel with your designs are made especially for you. Therefore, these items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective. Please review your designs carefully before submitting your order.
